Since 2013, Brian has acquired, improved, managed, and disposed of millions of square feet of office, industrial, and residential projects, principally in the Carolinas — after 25 years as an attorney in AMLaw 100 firms and as SVP/General Counsel to enterprise software companies, leading acquisitions and exits to private equity and strategic partners.

More than 20 years across real estate investment, finance, development, and asset management. For over a decade, Darren led Southeast acquisitions as VP of Acquisitions at LRC Properties, with a focus on industrial, office, and adaptive reuse. He has been involved in the acquisition and underwriting of over 14M SF, and has pursued, financed, or analyzed over 30M SF. ULI member and NAIOP Principal Member.
